Formcase is a German manufacturer of the most stable case solutions. Founded in 2015, the company is headquartered in Nattheim and is a leading player in the mobile computing sector. Our products are manufactured at our facilities in southern Germany.
Formcase specializes in the production of mobile charging case solutions. Since 2018, the product portfolio has been constantly expanding. Meanwhile, at Formcase, you’ll find everything you need for the classroom: charging cases, protective covers, and cables.
The Formcase case can be used for a wide range of applications in the OEM, B2B, and B2B industries. Formcase cases provide comprehensive protection for equipment used in the medical and high-tech industries (measuring equipment, lasers, etc.), military and government law enforcement, marine, outdoor, imaging, broadcasting, and many other industries.
Our R&D department has developed an improved composite, Ttx01®, which is still based on PP but with the addition of high-performance resins. Ttx01® makes the HPRC shell thinner and more elastic, making it more impact-resistant and lighter. In addition, Formcase cases are acid-, scratch-, corrosion-, and dust-resistant, resistant to extreme weather conditions and temperature fluctuations (products are tested from -40°C to 80°C), and waterproof. Last but not least, all Formcase cases are 100% recyclable.
In addition, each customer receives personalized support from our technical department. Our flagship products include completely new projects or customized versions of existing products. Custom colors, printing, adhesives, foam inserts (perforated, watered, milled, molded), thermoformed inserts, lid panels and organizers, and additional work on the box casing (holes, external applications) are just some of the customizations our machinery can perform.
