The case does not fit my iPad

  1. Check the model: On the iPad under Settings › General › About (model name and model number, e.g. A2696).
  2. Compare with the product page: Many iPads look the same but differ by millimetres or in the camera position.
  3. Ordered the wrong model? Create a ticket with the invoice and we will find a solution.
