Lost key, forgotten code or a stuck lock

Please do not force it open. This damages the door and the lock.
Spare key: Create a ticket with the serial number and, if available, the key number (on the key or the lock). Please attach the proof of purchase.
Forgotten code: Tell us the model and serial number. For security reasons we arrange the reset with you personally.
Stuck lock: Push the door gently closed while turning the key. Often the bolt is just jammed.
