Smoke, burning smell, strong heat or a swollen battery

Please act straight away:

1. If it is safe to do so: unplug the power cable or switch off the power supply.
2. Keep your distance. Do not open the doors if smoke is coming out. If there is a fire, leave the room and call the fire brigade (local emergency number).
3. Stop charging and using any device with a swollen or damaged battery.
4. Do not use the product again and do not open or repair it yourself.
5. Contact our support directly with the serial number and, if possible, photos. We will deal with it as a priority.
